Full Inspection Service:
THS Inspection Services provides whole-home (structural, mechanical, electrical, installed appliances and devices) inspections of:

One and two family dwellings
Multiple family buildings
Free-standing structures
Town-homes and Condominiums
New and Pre-owned homes
Homes under construction (Progress Inspections)

Additional items may be inspected such as:
Operation of swimming pools
Operation of spas/hot-tubs
Operation of irrigation systems
Outdoor cooking equipment
Operation of smoke detection
Full inspection of residential fire sprinkler systems
State licensed fire protection inspection
Apartment complexes
Condominiums
Town-homes
One and Two family Dwellings
Complies with State and Local Fire Marshal and Insurance Underwriter requirements

Note: Under-floor crawl spaces must be inspected. An additional fee applies.

Re-Inspections:
If repairs are made subsequent to a previous inspection performed by THS Inspection Services, a re-inspection can be requested for a minimal fee to assure that repairs were properly performed. An addendum to the original report is issued and made part of the original report.

Partial Inspections:
If you own the home and have questions about specific concerns, something's wrong and you don't know what's wrong, or have specific concerns about a home you want to buy, a partial inspection can be performed to cover specific items.

Partial inspections are normally performed on an hourly basis plus a small travel fee to some locations. A full hour is offered for each hour charged. Find enough things to look at to get your full hour's worth. Let's discuss it.
